WHAT TYPES OF LEASE TERMS ARE AVAILABLE?
A: 12 month lease agreements are available.
IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE?
A: Yes, there is on-site parking available. There are no reserved spots or assigned parking.
IS THE BUILDING SMOKE-FREE?
A: No buildings are smoke free.
WHAT COMMUNITY AMENITIES ARE AVAILABLE TO ALL RESIDENTS?
A: Community amenities include: on-site fitness center, community clubhouse, emergency maintenance and a sparkling outdoor pool and hot tub.
WHAT TYPES OF APARTMENTS ARE OFFERED?
A: 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments
CAN I TOUR THE APARTMENTS OR SEE A MODEL UNIT?
A: Floor plans and photos are available on the website. You may also call to schedule a tour of our community. If an apartment is available to show, we will show at that time.
WHAT IS THE PET POLICY?
A: We are a pet friendly community! Dogs & cats welcome. Please call for full details.
WHAT PAYMENT IS REQUIRED TO RESERVE AN APARTMENT?
A: To hold an apartment, a reservation fee of $300 is required and will be applied to your security deposit.
CAN STUDENTS QUALIFY FOR RESIDENCY?
A: In general, full-time students are not eligible. Full-time students are permitted if there is at least one part-time student or non-student leaseholder. However, there are some exceptions to this, so please inquire.
Some common exceptions include:
- Single parent with dependent(s)
- Married students
- Recipients of public assistance (not section 8)
IS SUBLETTING ALLOWED?
WHEN DO THE LOFTS BECOME AVAILABLE?
A: Availability dates and move-in dates are dependent upon current residents giving a notice to move out.
ARE THERE OCCUPANCY LIMITATIONS?
A: A maximum of 2 occupants per bedroom is permitted.
WHAT UTILITIES ARE INCLUDED IN THE RENT?
HOW DO I INCOME QUALIFY?
A: Applicants must meet the following income qualifications:
The household income is based on GROSS annual income (before any deductions) earned from all sources including wages, social security payments, public assistance, pensions, annuities, interest income, dividends, stocks, bonds, insurance settlements, recurring gifts from family/friends, lottery winnings, etc. Third-party verification will be required of all income, and copies of tax returns and pay stubs may be required.
St. Cloud Village participates in an affordable housing program. Total household income must be under the following limits based on household size:
- 1 Occupant: $29,160
- 2 Occupants: $33,360
- 3 Occupants: $37,500
- 4 Occupants: $41,640
- 5 Occupants: $45,000
- 6 Occupants: $48,360
WHAT AMENITIES ARE AVAILABLE IN THE APARTMENTS?
A: Available apartment amenities include: fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, dishwasher, walk-in closet, in-home storage closet, and in-home full size washer and dryer.
